After years of surfing in native Dorset came a back injury for Barney and much like Deanne, he took to healthy alternative ways of rehabilitation...once introduced to the world of stand up paddle, he was hooked.
Alongside his full time day job as Creative Director, Barney used his weekends to immerse himself in life on the water & undertook his instructor training. Deanne soon realised that she needed to get on the board herself in order to spend time with her husband, the fish & subsequently most weekends they blow up the boards and can be seen walking on water together in wonderful places.

He welcomes all levels & abilities under this instruction with the Flow + Paddle retreats & events being totally suitable for beginners.
Barney offers 1:1 private SUP tuition & group sessions on the sea in Brighton (weather conditions permitting) and on the local rivers around Sussex.
